RETURNS: Due to the personal nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for damaged or defective products. Exceptions can be made in cases of warehouse shipping mistakes. Returns will not be allowed for measuring errors.  Returns will not be allowed for braces that have been worn. All of our braces are made to exact specifications and correspond exactly to our measuring charts. Measurements for all braces should be taken first thing in the morning before any normal joint swelling may occur. This is standard recommended Orthopaedic Procedure and must be adheared to so that your brace fits properly. All returned products must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made via PayPal, less the original shipping cost. Items being returned for exchange must be received by us before the replacement items will be re-shipped from our warehouse. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

CUSTOM BRACES: Please Note: There will be a $10.00 up charge on all 4XL braces. All custom braces with a current stock number are twice the on-line cost. Any additional products will be by special request only and may require an additional charge for design time. Custom and non-stock braces are made to order and may not be returned. Please be sure to use our custom chart for proper sizing before ordering.

SHIPPING: Please allow up to 5 business days for your items to ship. We ship USPS unless faster delivery is needed. Additional charges will apply if shipped overnight. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and most U.S. Holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS: We maintain the lowest shipping rates possible. Our shipping rates will only increase if the costs from our shipping carriers increase.
